We design and prototype just about any vision or dream into reality. We take any concept, partially developed or more advanced to prototype and / or next levels and beyond. We implement our proven staged phase product development cycle to achieve specifications and requirements. We tailor a single phase proposal or a complete turn key program proposal to fit individual needs. We use sound engineering principles and loads of creativity to design machines, products and prototyping techniques that will ultimately bring ideas to useful and practical status. We believe in the”trust but verify” mentality. We are armed with an arsenal of sophisticated CAD and CAM software. We do extensive analysis using computer simulation software and then substantiate our data with testing. We do extensive and intensive scrutiny of design and process in order to do constant staged debugging of components and systems. After prototype phase, we will do a pilot short run phase followed by a pre production volume run phase and finally a production volume phase. We have a proven system that uncovers design issues early and we continue to debug design and process throughout the life of the product.
